Wonderful little community away from the bustle of downtown life but with all the conveniences. A family town where people care about people. Great parks available to the ocean and ponds. Awesome playgrounds for kids. Very convenient for BC ferry terminal to multiple destinations. Vibrant varied community located on peninsula into Boundary Bay. Beaches and views and huge new shopping mall al available within minutes.
A light Buttet Breakfast should be standard but nothing is inclusive and you are required to visit the ajoining restaurant that is open to the public if you wish to eat. Danny drove us to the Coastal ferry.

Adequate parking for our visitors. Shopped at local mall a 10 min walk away. Felt good surrounded by the locals. The place has been kept well by its management.
Delta Air Lines
The extra space is always a big plus for families traveling with children. I like how the residents are very much left alone, and yet the management is quite thoughtful when it comes to details. The kitchen is well equipped with all the cooking essentials. On top of cooking oil, salt, and pepper, we found a Brita water pitcher, light soy sauce, black venigar, and a rice cooker during our stay!
We went for a 3-night stay knowing about the renovations. For the most part the hotel is trying to keep it "under cover" so it doesn't disrupt guests too much. However I would have liked to have known that there is no air conditioning in the main Lodge at checkin. We were lucky to have awesome weather, but it also meant 28C in our room at 10pm. Opening the window didn't do much to cool it down. Neither did the fan which was provided.
Delta School District
Made sleeping uncomfortable for me. We have been told it is now being installed, so another visit may be more pleasant. We had stayed in another building previously with air conditioning therefor the surprise. Renovations, upgrading hotel seem to be underway. List your property.
