This was my second time staying here and the first time since their renovations started many years ago. My room was pretty nice, but I really do hate hotel rooms where they put the sink outside the bathroom. And the view from the room was of a cement wall, like another reviewer has already pointed out.

Still, it was better than the last time I stayed here over a decade ago and started staying at a local competitor, but I gave them a chance again and glad I did. Chibougamau is not a big town, but this location is central to restaurants and makes things very walkable.

It is my second stay at the hotel Chibougamau. The renovation of the room was well anticipated. No more carpet in the room, room nice and clean. I was surprised that we have to pay for the ice.
