All of the staff were top notch, friendly and engaging. Immaculate grounds and great areas to walk. No Uber yet but the cabs were readily available. Food at the hotel was great.

I really enjoyed the shower pressure in the guest room. If we needed anything for our room we only had to text a number and it arrived minutes later in a basket just outside our door. This was my first visit to the Oak Bay Beach Hotel. I was only there for one night and was in town to attend a reception nearby at the Victoria Golf Club. The service from the Oak Bay Beach Hotel was wonderful, from when I called directly to make my reservation, to being greeted on my arrival, to getting a complimentary upgrade to a view room and to the clean, quiet, comfortable surroundings.

Beautiful Romantic Resort. I just got back from this stunning hotel where we just recharged using their spa and incredible salt mineral pools. We dealt with Karina in reservations at the hotel as well as Joy. Their attention to detail was incredible always making sure we were well looked after. They were both such caring people that really made our trip so memorable.

I could not help but to write a review about the resort and about them. Sean at the pool was also awesome making sure we were always looked after. We will see you again! Including a welcome gift Karina had waiting for us in the room. The mineral pool was a highlight as it was so warm, like a bath with delicious food and cocktails offered poolside. I highly recommend staying here if you like to be pampered and surrounded with luxury.
